About

I work at the intersection of strategy, marketing and business systems, bringing clarity to important decisions and turning priorities into well-executed work.

My experience spans communications, digital, product and business operations, alongside the commercial and strategic work that connects them. I’ve worked with early-stage ventures, growth businesses and established organisations across financial services, technology, media and other sectors in Europe, the UK and the US.

That breadth has shaped how I work. I tend to look beyond individual disciplines — at how positioning, communications, digital infrastructure, processes, people and commercial priorities connect, and where those connections are creating unnecessary complexity or slowing things down.

Sometimes that means working with a founder or business owner to clarify direction, positioning or an important decision. At other times, it means stepping into a company to take ownership of a defined initiative — bringing together internal teams, agencies and technology partners to get it structured and delivered.

Much of my work sits between traditional functions — where something is too strategic to simply hand over for execution, but also needs more than advice.

Across both sides of my work, the principle is the same: understand what actually needs to happen, bring structure to it, and create a practical way forward.

My work can take the form of a focused strategic engagement, a defined project, fractional support or an interim role — depending on what the situation requires.

Let’s work together.
