Finding the right way forward.

Strategic guidance for founders and business owners to make confident decisions and move forward with focus.

When the business has evolved, but the way forward
isn’t clear.

The business has grown or changed, and the original direction no longer feels quite right.
There are several possible paths, but it’s difficult to know which one deserves your attention.
Your positioning, offer or priorities may have evolved separately — and no longer fit together as clearly as they once did.
You know something needs to change, but being close to the business makes it harder to see exactly what.

None of this necessarily means you need a complete rethink.

But it can mean stepping back far enough to understand what has changed, what still matters, and which decisions will make the biggest difference.

That’s where I come in.

I work with founders and business owners at moments of decision, change or redirection — bringing an outside strategic perspective to help clarify the real question, assess the options and find the right way forward.

Does any of this sound familiar?

How We Work Through It

Each session is a focused, self-contained piece of strategic work, centred on a specific question, decision or point of friction.

The process is designed to get quickly to what matters — with enough preparation to make the conversation useful, enough depth to understand what is really going on, and a clear outcome you can act on

01 — Before the session

You’ll complete a short intake outlining the context, the question or decision you’re working through, and where you feel stuck or uncertain.

I review this in advance so we can begin with an understanding of the situation and use our time together for thinking, analysis and decision-making — rather than background explanation.

02 — During the session

We work through the situation together, looking beyond the immediate question to understand what is actually driving it.

Depending on the issue, we may examine where complexity or misalignment has developed, challenge assumptions, clarify trade-offs, test different directions and identify which decisions matter most now.

The aim is not to generate more options. It is to bring enough structure and perspective to the situation that the right way forward becomes clearer.

03— After the session

You leave with a clearer understanding of the situation, the decisions that matter and what should happen next.

Where useful, I’ll capture the key conclusions, decisions and next steps so you have a practical reference to work from.

The aim is to leave you with more than clarity: a considered direction, a stronger basis for the decisions that follow, and a practical way forward.

Pattern recognition matters.

Strategic questions rarely sit neatly within one part of a business.

A positioning problem may actually be an offer problem.
A growth question may be rooted in priorities or structure.
What looks like a marketing issue can point to something more fundamental.

My experience spans strategy, marketing, product and business operations, working with businesses at different stages and across different sectors. That breadth helps me look beyond the immediate symptom, recognise where things have fallen out of alignment, and identify the question that actually needs answering.

Sometimes the value of an outside perspective is being able to see what has become difficult to see from inside the business.

Start with a complimentary Fit Session

The Fit Session is a short, no-obligation conversation to understand what you're working through and whether I can be useful — not a consulting session itself.

If you're working through an important decision, a period of change, or a question that has become difficult to resolve from inside the business, tell me a little about what you're facing.
